Kompass provides a new way of transitioning veterans from the Australian Defence Force (ADF) to civilian life.

Every year, 6,000 new veterans leave the ADF. They represent a $30M opportunity for Kompass. For Australia, a successful transition will offset a $13.2B cost per year.

An Ex-Chief from the ADF experienced first hand just how analogue and challenging the transition from service to civilian life can be.

Long & Co was asked to look at how we can connect new veterans in a very human way, using brand strategy and  leading technology.
